At Hills and Valleys Ranch, we take pride in creating high-quality, small-batch skincare for our customers. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.


 

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@hillsandvalleysranch.com . Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.


 

Incorrect Orders
