All products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

 

Shipping Location

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Delays

 

Once an order has been shipped, Hills and Valleys Ranch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

 

Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
